NOW HIRING: Experienced Automotive Technician
Are you an experienced automotive technician who takes pride in fixing it right the first time?
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of domestic and Asian vehicles, with European experience a plus
- Perform advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures
- Complete brake, steering, suspension, electrical, HVAC, drivability and engine repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance and factory-scheduled services
- Diagnose check-engine lights and other complex vehicle concerns
- Perform alignments and tire-related services when needed
- Complete detailed Digital Vehicle Inspections with accurate findings and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to ensure repairs are completed correctly and efficiently
- Stay current with changing automotive technology, including hybrid and electric vehicles
All team members receive hands-on training and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals who take pride in doing the job right.
Titan services most domestic, Asian and European makes and models and has developed specialized capabilities in hybrid and EV repair, advanced diagnostics and fleet service.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to accurately diagnose problems rather than simply replace parts
- Dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Professional attitude and excellent work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Own professional hand tools
Preferred:
- ASE certifications
- Virginia State Inspector License
- Experience with advanced scan tools and electrical diagnostics
- Hybrid/EV experience
- European vehicle experience
