Tire Shopping: When you shop for tires online, you're using Tire Tutor, a third-party service. View their terms at www.tiretutor.ai/privacy-policy. Pricing and availability are subject to change.

Estimates: All estimates are approximate. Final costs may vary based on additional repairs needed, parts pricing, or actual labor time. We'll contact you for approval before exceeding your authorization by more than $50.

Payment: Payment is due when services are completed unless you have arranged credit terms or approved financing (Synchrony Car Care™ or CB Charge). Under Virginia law, we may retain your vehicle until payment is received.

Warranties: Ask your service advisor about warranty coverage for your specific service. Warranties cover defects in workmanship and parts under normal use, but not damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or modifications by others.

  • Rewards Cards are non-transferable
  • We may modify or discontinue the program with reasonable notice
  • Fraudulent activity results in account termination

Referral rewards of $25 are issued when your referred customer completes their first paid service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Virginia law. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Chesterfield County, Virginia.
